Jeff + KC

It was more than a pleasure to get to photograph sweet Kc and her fiancé Jeff a few months back and they were such troopers to wake up before the sun was up so we can catch that "good light"!

I have known Kc for a few years now and she is just one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met! During our sunrise session, Jeff and Kc were just completely themselves, giggling and showing their love for one another, smiling and showing the sweetest affections, Jeff would even watch every step Kc would take to make sure she was safe on the rocks (that I had them climb hehe). Their care for one another is beyond evident! I am so excited for the both of them to get married and these photos just define how wonderful their love is for each other!

I had to take the liberty of posting a little story that Kc sent over to me while we were planning out their session. There was so much significance to why they chose doing their photos at the beach, during sunrise and why they specifically wanted to get photos of the sea shells that they brought along with them, so here it is:

"Our first date was at the beach to see the sunrise.  During that date we sat under the pier and made designs out of shells.  Then for our one year last February Jeff took me back to the same place at sunset and gave a jar with some of the shells he saved from our fist date.  Then we collected more shells and when we put them in the jar we said a memory or something we love about the other person. Since then we have been collecting shells and putting them in the jar and when we do we say a memory or something we love about our relationship.  So when Jeff proposed he took me to the beach again and we collected shells and said things we love about each other.  Then at the end he pulled a ring out of his pocket and asked me to marry him! It was really sweet!" -Kc

Thank you for letting me be apart of documenting your love story Kc and Jeff!
